| Ms. Collier joined Integra Realty Resources - South Carolina in 1995 as a staff assistant. Ms. Collier has assisted in the valuation and analysis of various property types including elderly housing, resort properties, office, retail, and mixed use. She has considerable experience in the appraisal of retail and senior housing properties. Ms. Collier holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She holds Certified General licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
