| Mr. Slaughter has been in the appraisal profession since 1981 and joined Integra Realty Resources – South Carolina in 2008. He has a varied appraisal background, and specializes in large mixed use development appraisals. Properties appraised include commercial, industrial and multi-family appraisals in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. He holds a Certified General Appraiser license in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina and is an SRA Member of the Appraisal Institute. The SRA professional membership designation is held by real estate solutions providers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property.
