| Debora (Debbie) A. Hendrix, MAI, Director of the Columbia Integra office, started her appraisal career in 1984 as a staff assistant and in 1990 began appraising real estate part time, while continuing as staff assistant. She started appraising full time in January 1992, and in 2002 became a director of the firm. Ms. Hendrix has appraised a variety of property types and through the participation of numerous assignments developed particular strengths and expertise in the valuation of larger suburban office buildings, regional malls, neighborhood/community retail centers, automobile dealerships, industrial parks and buildings, and special purpose properties. She has also completed marketability and feasibility consultation assignments. |  |
